What is the warranty period for VIRLUX products?

We offer a 1-year warranty on electrical components and a 5-year warranty on the shell structure. Extended warranties can be negotiated for distributors and bulk orders.
How can I track the status of my order?

We will provide regular updates on your production and shipping status. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery.
What if the goods are delayed?

We always strive to deliver on time. If a delay occurs due to our side, we are fully willing to negotiate fair compensation terms.
