Two controllers, two touch panels, two circulation pumps (1HP + 0.5HP). The swim zone and spa zone operate as if they were separate units sharing one shell. Set different filtration schedules, temperatures, and massage programs for each zone.
Unlike the V8001's upright-only spa seats, the V8002 includes one fully reclined lounger. After swimming, recover in zero-gravity position while 55 jets target legs and back.
Seven Air Control Valves
Seven independent air valves let users add bubbles to specific jet groups. Fine-tune massage intensity by mixing air with water flow.

Professional Athlete Home Training
Competitive swimmers, triathletes, and water polo players can log serious yardage without pool access. The 5900mm length allows flip turns; adjustable current simulates open water or paced intervals.
Luxury Hotel Spa Suites
High-end properties install the V8002 in private villa courtyards as a bookable amenity. Guests receive a dedicated orientation; independent controls prevent accidental temperature changes.
Multigenerational Family Wellness
Grandparents use the spa zone's lounger and warm water; parents swim against the current; teenagers play in the swim zone. All three activities happen simultaneously.
Physical Therapy and Rehab Centers
Clinics serving athletes can offer progressive therapy: cool swim zone for post-surgery range-of-motion work, then warm spa zone for muscle relaxation.
Commercial Fitness Clubs
Gyms without pool space can add aquatic training via the V8002. Commercial-grade pumps and dual circulation systems withstand heavy daily use by members.
Estate Backyards (Luxury Residential)
Homes with large lots can place the V8002 as a centerpiece. The 5900×2250mm footprint commands attention while offering functionality that justifies investment.
Installation Requirements
Electrical: 220-240V / 50Hz, 22A dedicated circuit. Dual control systems require specialized wiring—use a swim spa-certified electrician.
Foundation: Reinforced concrete pad, 200mm minimum thickness with rebar, supporting 3,900 kg (approx. 8,600 lbs).
Access: 5900mm length requires crane lift for most residential properties. Verify delivery route before purchase.
Getting Started
Position the V8002 using a crane or professional movers.
Install electrical with an electrician familiar with dual-controller swim spas.
Fill both zones slowly (total fill time: 4–6 hours with standard garden hose).
Power on each controller separately; set swim temperature (24–28°C) and spa temperature (38–40°C).
Calibrate current generator using the P69B133 panel.
Add chemicals in proportion to 18,172 liters (use an online calculator).
Quick Tips
Current Learning Curve: Start at lowest setting (0.3 m/s) and increase 0.1 m/s per session until you find your pace.
Zone Separation: Keep divider curtain (included) fully sealed to minimize temperature mixing.
Filter Schedule: Clean both filters (one per zone) every 2 weeks; replace every 12 months.

Q1: How much does the V8002 cost to operate monthly?
A: Approximately €80-150 /
90−170/A
90−170/A130-250 depending on local electricity rates. Dual-zone insulation and efficient pumps keep costs lower than a full pool.
Q2: Can the swim zone be used as a cold plunge?
A: Yes—controller allows settings down to 10°C (50°F). Without a chiller, achieving temperatures below ambient requires refilling with cold water. For true cold plunge (4–10°C), consider an external chiller.
Q3: Is professional maintenance required?
A: Weekly water testing and chemical balancing can be DIY. Annual pump inspection and heater descaling should be performed by a VIRLUX-certified technician.
Q4: What's the difference between V8001 and V8002?
A: V8002 is 1400mm longer (5900 vs 4500mm), includes a lounger in the spa zone, has dual control systems, two circulation pumps, and additional diverter valves. V8002 is for serious athletes and luxury installations.
Q5: How long to heat both zones from cold?
A: 48–72 hours to reach spa zone at 40°C and swim zone at 26°C. Heater prioritizes the spa zone; swim zone warms more slowly. Plan installation 3–4 days before first use.
Q6: Can I add a saltwater chlorine generator to the V8002?
A: Yes, but consult our engineering team. The 304 stainless steel frame resists salt corrosion, but some internal components may need upgrading.
Q7: What is the warranty on dual control systems?
A: 2 years on both controllers. P69B133 (swim) and P68B123 (spa) are field-replaceable; keep spare units for commercial operation.
Q8: Is a cover included for the entire unit?
A: Yes—a segmented, rigid thermal cover covers both zones. Weight approximately 40kg; requires two people or a cover lifter to remove.
